Ordered pulled pork bbq Mac n cheese and I got food poisoning. Never felt so sick in my life. Very disappointed since noodles & co used to be one of my favorites.

Didn’t, receive food I paid for. Food also made me very sick like immediately afterwards, not sure if it was sitting out or something but definitely irritated my stomach. Staff was also visibly irritated and rude at night.

I love noodle and co, but this was my first time at this location. I placed an order in advance because I knew it would be pretty late when I would arrive and I’ve worked in the food industry and I know it’s frustrating when people come 15 minutes until close. So I tried to avoid that by placing an order in advance and just having it ready to pick up and go when I got there. But when I got there all the employees were visibly playing around in the lobby and then when I pulled in they pointed at my car, more than likely talking about about a customer coming 15 minutes before closing but in reality I had a pick up order that I was hoping would be ready but of course it wasn’t. They didn’t even start the order until I got there, which was 15ish minutes after I placed it. So then after they made my order with no gloves on. They made the order wrong, I asked for no cilantro because I’m allergic to it and I’m replacement I added spinach for extra money. They didn’t give me the spinach I paid for but instead still gave me cilantro. They were too busy talking with a friend in the lobby to read my order ticket, and they were all giving me bad looks. Just not a good time at this location, wo

I love this place. It’s one of my favorite locations to go to out of all the ones in Columbus. Some of the most friendliest staff works here. The food is excellent too.

Noodles is always good with various types of noodle, pasta, and salad. I really like their pad Thai, Korean noodles, and buffalo chicken Mac. This place is clean and warm. Their service is always fast. It is convenient to order through their app. WiFi is available.
